Wanda Investment plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 65,381,064 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 3% of the company’s total share capital. The reduction will be completed within 6 months, and the reason for the reduction is "own capital demand".

On July 12th, WANDA CINEMAS issued another announcement to remind Wanda, the controlling shareholder, to invest in the transfer of equity.
