If it can be implemented, the evaluation of professional titles in express delivery industry may have some positive effects on the whole express delivery industry, but at present these measures are not enough to promote the healthy and long-term development of the industry. Relying only on a professional title certificate, rather than a breakthrough in the actual business level, it is difficult for the outside world to change its views on employees in the express delivery industry.
